Coeliac NZ’s Coeliac Safe and Gluten Free For Life Conference
Due to the extended lockdown restrictions in Auckland we have made the decision to transition our conference on the 13th of November to a virtual platform. This will now be a browser based live event with interactive tools incorporating live and pre-recorded presentations, so now it will be easier for anyone in NZ to attend given it is online. The Medical Seminar Master Class is from 8am to 9:30 am on Saturday the 13th of November and the main conference is from 10am to 4pm.
We will be bringing together inspirational healthcare and community educators in both guest speakers and interactive settings, and there will be lots of time for networking and kōrero. The conference will take place on its own Virtual Platform incorporating live and pre-recorded presentations. Attendees will be able to ask questions of the panellists via the Q&A. There will also be virtual breakout rooms. You will have an opportunity to connect with your peers, health experts, and others with an interest in coeliac disease as well as learn tips and tricks to enjoy a gluten-free lifestyle.
Attendees will have a wide variety of interaction tools on the platform that will enable them to: meet other attendees, chat, or Video chat, 1-1 appointment setting, Q&A, polls, 30 days post event access to on demand content and the opportunity to participate in a leader board competition. The current agenda sees the conference take place over one day with an early morning medical seminar, mainstream, and a youth stream.
