What we're looking for:
Our Team Leader Environment role is pivotal to our success and we need a superstar with the understanding of how to coach and lead staff to achieve outcomes.
You will be people-focused and want to work in a rewarding role where you can add value to our community. You will be someone who has experience in applying legislation and regulations to real life, you will be process and solution-focused and have an understanding of environmental health and liquor regulations. You will have excellent communication skills and above all else, a great sense of humour and good teamwork skills.
We are looking for someone with a relevant tertiary qualification or experience, however, if you are willing to upskill and have what we're looking for, we want to invest in your professional development and support you in your journey.
