Senior Environmental Health Officer - South Waikato District Council

Te āheinga: The opportunity
The function of this role is to improve, promote and protect public health within the district and to ensure that regular inspections are made for the purposes of ascertaining and rectifying any discrepancies. All while supporting our local businesses to ensure that the services, they provide are safe and suitable for their customers and complying with relevant legislation.

He kōrero mōu: About you
You will need to understand relevant legislation, have a high attention to detail, excellent communication skills and enjoy sharing your knowledge with a hardworking team of like-minded people. You will ideally have a qualification that fulfils the requirements of the Environmental Health Officers' Qualification Regulations 1993 with at least 3 years of practical experience relevant to this position.
